HM 1800 HOD (Hand Operated, with Hold Down Latch) *Security Code Option available*
Part No. 18102052

For applications requiring hand operation & wide opening jaws - The HM1800 series can be supplied in this special HOD version.

This Heat Sealer is  fitted with a 6mm Element, enabling production of a tamper-proof security coded seal.
An optional Narrow Element (3mm) can be supplied, for reduced sealing times on thicker materials (not requiring the embossed code).

Dual Timer Control  enables both heating & cooling cycle time to be adjusted for different materials.
The Hold Down Catch (HOD) releases the operator during the 3-5 second sealing cycle, to prepare the next pack.

This Impulse Sealer is simple to maintain with consumable spares being easy to fit and available from stock.
A code can be embossed within the welded area to make the bag tamper evident.

This is commonly used by Banks, Police Forces & Ballistics, among many other areas where security is essential.
This sealer without a code, is very popular to be used alongside glove boxes to seal the polythene sleeving.

All Hulme Martin machines are manufactured in the UK to a high industrial quality.
